This course is for those employed by Denbighshire Leisure Ltd only.
The Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate is aimed at those working in the catering / food & beverage industry who handle, prepare and store food. You'll learn how to correctly handle food, the right temperatures to store different foods, safe food storage, personal hygiene in a food setting, and controlling food hazards.
Course duration: 1 hour exam (book for revision issued at least 2 weeks in advance)
