Description
This course is for those employed by Denbighshire Leisure Ltd only.
The Food Hygiene Level 3 certificate is aimed at those who supervise or manage staff working in the catering / food & beverage industry. This course builds on the Food Hygiene Level 2 and goes into detail on how supervisors should interact with food, staff, and customers. It also covers what they can do personally and professionally to best ensure that the food being prepared by staff is adhering to both hygiene and safety best practices as well as to the latest UK food safety regulations.
Course duration: 2 hour exam (book for revision issued at least 2 weeks in advance)

Prerequisites
Learners must have completed the Food Hygiene Level 2 before enrolling on the Level 3 course.
